As the founder of Vower (Voice + Power), Ade blends decades of experience in public speaking, music, and community engagement to guide others toward authentic expression and purposeful leadership.
That work is grounded in over a decade of building mission-driven organizations and standards-aligned curriculum. As Founder & Executive Director of COMMA, Ade has raised and stewarded funding through grants, foundations, and individual donors to deliver arts education now active across a network of ten schools. Before that, as Educator & Program Lead at Saint Ann's School in New York, he designed and led culturally responsive arts and writing curriculum across in-school and after-school programming. That instructional discipline — reading a room, adjusting in real time, designing so a lesson actually sticks — is what he now brings into corporate training rooms.
Rooted in the legacy of The Last Poets through his father, Abiodun Oyewole, Ade continues a tradition of truth-telling and creative activism. His work as a poet, keynote speaker, and performing artist bridges the worlds of art, education, and transformation — inviting audiences to think deeply, speak boldly, and live with intention.
